Whole loaf of Challah (or sometimes called twisted egg loaf). This Challah was made from an old family recipe gotten from my friend's grandmother-in-law, who owned a Jewish restaurant. I buy the flour from Kansas – from their winter wheat. I tried to make this flour from King Arthur flour, but it never came out the same. It has a wonderful flavor, looks wonderful, browns wonderfully, and tastes fantastic. I am very proud of it. Above is a photo of some slices of the Challah (pronounced Hal-lah) – and then you have to "spit" the last syllable.

I pronounce it "Bee-ah-lies". And yes! - They smell good with Roasted Shallots center. Fresh large bialys (kind of crispy bottom half) made by a born and bred New York Mom – Crispy bottoms, but soft and chewy inside. You can actually taste the love. My bialys (unlike my bagels) are not water boiled. They are baked perfectly from a basic Polish recipe.

I looked and tried many different recipes, and came up with one from a combination of YouTube videos and the King Arthur Flour site on the internet. I got it down people! I think you'll love them. Since I have a Cottage permit from the County of Santa Clara, my bagels cannot be made and fried with natural onions (they would be considered "perishable"). However, I have dehydrated shallots or sliced dehydrated onions, which work as well, and form a crispy oniony center on the bialy. I know you'll enjoy them as you spread them with cream cheese.

I call them black-eyed Susans because of their chocolate center. These are so delicious. The Almond dough when it comes out of the oven and cools has a little salty-almond flavor (very unique). It is made with strictly almond flour which is non-gluten. The ingredients are Almond flour, pure grade A honey, and canola oil and a tiny bit of salt. The topping is a no-sugar-added chocolate chips and water. These 2 ingredients are warmed, blended and piped to make the delectable center. Perfect combination. The picture above was taken right from the oven and right after the centers were squeezed through the piping. I took the photo at that point so you can see the actual cookies. Enjoy!

Shredded Coconut, Whipped Egg Whites, No sugar added, lemon and/or chocolate ganache. Called “Coconut Guiltless Macarons” Your guiltless pleasure – I believe very low in calories. What is a Macaron - a small round cake or cookie with a meringue-like consistency, made with egg whites, sugar, and powdered almonds or coconut and consisting of two halves sandwiching a creamy filling. What is my“Ganache” - a whipped filling of chocolate or white chocolate and alternative sugar or no sugar added, used in desserts such as cakes and truffles.
